Asked Questions
Q: How do we get to Sea World Nara Resort?
A: Airport transfers can be arranged through Coachtrans, Airtrain, Hughes
Limousines, or car rental.
Q: How much are theme park tickets?
A: Tickets for all Theme Parks can be purchased from the Resort's Tours
Desk and theme park shuttle buses depart the Resort daily at 9.30am and
10.30am. Prices are posted on the Sea World Nara website.
Q: What are the opening hours for Sea World?
A: Sea World is open from 10.00am until 5.00pm, 7 days a week, 364 days
of the Year (excluding Christmas Day, Anzac Day open from 1.30pm). The
resorts Access to Sea World is via the monorail, which operates in 5 minutes
intervals.
Q: When did Sea World Nara Resort open?
A: Sea World Nara Resort opened its doors for business on 15 July 1988.
The resort constantly maintains its facilities and has just completed
a total refurbishment.
Q: What is there for the kids to do?
A: Sea World Nara Resort offers a Kids Club from 5.30pm to 9.00pm nightly
for children aged 4 ½ to 12 years. It includes dinner, supervised
indoor and outdoor activities and costs $19.50 per child. Sea World Nara
Resort also offers two playgrounds plus indoor playroom, video games,
Sony Playstations, bike hire, table tennis, badminton court, fishing and
lots more. At Sea World children can enjoy the new Cartoon Beach, an Interactive
adventure playground plus many different rides and shows.
Q: How do I find baby sitting service?
A: We can arrange for professional babysitters to look after your children
in the room
Q: Does Sea World Nara Resort offer packages including
entry to any other theme parks?
A: Yes, we offer packages including Sea World or 3 Park Super Pass packages.
Q: Is breakfast included in Sea World Nara Resort's packages?
A: Our packages include accommodation only, or accommodation and Sea World
Entry. A full buffet breakfast can be purchased prior to or during your
stay at $26.50 per adult. Children are charged $1.00 per age between the
ages of 4 and 12 inclusive.
Q: Does the resort have apartments?
A: We offer Studio Rooms which are self contained with a small kitchenette.
We also cater for larger families, offering two interconnecting rooms
(one with kitchenette).
Q: Does the resort cater for disabled guests?
A: Yes we have 3 disabled rooms with an open shower and handrails which
also interconnects with a Superior Room. All facilities within the resort
are wheelchair accessable.
Q: How safe are Gold Coast's beaches?
Gold Coast City Council lifeguards patrol sections of the safest part
of the beach.
These sections are clearly marked by red and yellow flags. For your own
safety always bathe between the flags and have a safe and enjoyable holiday
on the Gold Coast.

Kids Club
Available for children from 4 1/2 to 12 years, the Resort's Kids Club
offers supervised activities and dinner for a nominal fee and operates
from 5:30pm - 9:00pm. Activities include indoor and outdoor games, arts
and crafts, theme nights, discos and much more.
Lagoon Pool
A 50 metre lagoon-shaped swimming pool, heated to 26 degrees. Open 7am
- 10pm.
Laundrettes
Located on Level 2 in both Park and Garden Wings.
Late Check Out
Available on request ~ $10 per hour. Please contact reception to arrange
during your stay.
Monorail Station
Monorail access to Sea World is located off the main lobby. Sea World
opening hours are 10am - 5pm.
On-Command Services
Access to internet, on-command movies plus playstation in each room.
Pool Table
Pool Tables are located at the Lobby lounge and pool side.
Reception
Open 24 hours for your convenience. Check in time 2pm check out time 10am.
Safes
Located in each room.
Sauna
Located next to the exercise room. Open 7am - 10pm. Shops Opal Fireworks-
jewellery & giftware - open 8:30am - 10:00pm. Resort Shop - convenience

Synthetic grass courts located at the end of Garden Wing. Racquets and
tennis balls available for hire at the Tours Desk. Open 7am - 10pm.

A variety of outings, car hire, massages, theme park tickets and Kids
Club bookings can be arranged.
Transfers
Airport transfers, Surfers Paradise Shuttle Bus, Limousine bookings or
car rentals can be arranged via the concierge.
Watersports
Located directly on the Broadwater offering a luxury 1 hour boat cruise,
parasailing, speed boat rides, wave runners and fishing. Open 9am - 4pm.
